Quick Guacamole

Guacamole is a go to to bring your favourite recipe to a whole new level. We recommend whipping up this easy version and eating it with our hearty Plant-based Cowboy Queso recipe.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
YIELD: 3 cups


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped OR 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1-3 tsp hot sauce
  • salt


  1. Cut avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  2. Using a fork, mash avocado to your preference.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
